No. All products are instant digital downloads using PDF format. This means nothing will be shipped.
How long do I access a product once it has been purchased?
Once you purchase a product, it's yours forever!
What is your return/refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. Please note that colors may vary slightly based on each individual printer.
Do you offer technical support?
No. Because technology can vary based on the computer and printer, we cannot provide any technical help at this time.
How can I download the products?
Most devices have a pre-installed PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader.
All files are sent using a compressed ZIP file. On a laptop or PC: You can save the ZIP file to your computer > right-click > select "Extract All". Once the file is saved on your computer, you can open it and print your files. You can also send them to your mobile device if needed. On a mobile device: You may need to get a free app before downloading the ZIP file to your mobile device. Otherwise, you might be able to hold the ZIP file icon and then click "Extract".
What is the best way to print my order?
we recommend printing your pages at home. You can also have your order printed at a print shop or office supply store if you want better paper material.
Can I use multiple discount codes for my order?
Unfortunately no, only one code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be used more than once. We appreciate your understanding.
